To Marketing Chairs of Men’s Health Magazine,
We are writing on behalf of the National Coalition for Men. The NCFM is the largest non-profit organization for men, which was founded over 40 years ago to create a unified voice in addressing issues that face men today. We are sponsoring three men’s expos in our largest city chapters: San Diego, Dallas, and Little Rock. We are expecting over 10,000 participants at each and would like Men’s Health Magazine to co-sponsor the three events. The contribution expected is $800 thousand. These expos, like Men’s Health, are dedicated to supporting what men enjoy. We couldn’t think of a better co-sponsor to help bring these expos into fruition.
In considering whom we wanted as our co-sponsor we looked at a lot of different options. Even though other organizations had a lot of what we were looking for, no one is as direct in their message and audience as Men’s Health. We feel that both our organization have a lot of similarities and each will greatly benefit from these expos.
More than ever men are feeling isolated. Whether it is by insecurities, money, or stressed home life men are looking for something to relate to. Men’s Health Magazine has spent the last 24 years providing tips and advice for mean concerning these very things. Not only does the magazine share workout regiments but it also offers real life information intended for the betterment of men’s lives on a social, emotional and societal level. NCFM ties in strongly with laurels of Men’s Health and an expo would be successful for in promotion of both organizations.
We are making a strong effort to receive this partnership/sponsorship because we feel there is great potential for growth at the NCFM. Existing fans of Men’s Health Magazine who attend the expo will be exposed to some of enabling qualities emphasized by our organization and we hope that men who attend will broaden their horizons with the products and materials provided. Likewise we know that the NCFM followers will have an excellent opportunity to learn more about the features listed in the monthly magazine. Many of which are encouraged on the NCFM website.
